The dressing ladle is a mini-ladle. Equipped with a small-sized spoon bowl with a right angle between the spoon bowl and the rod. While cooking, it is used to skim fat, to serve a portion dose of sauces, etc. While serving, it is well suited to pour (sweet or salty savoury) sauces on plates.
