Déglon’s tomato knife features the half-moon serration created by Jean Déglon in the 30’s. Thanks to this serration profile, this knife can be used to make thin and precise tomato slices.
The knife is versatile and may also be used to cut citrus fruit, baguettes, etc.
Déglon has revisited and modernized its traditional collection of Cuisine massive knives, while preserving its professional look & feel. The bygone hollow ring has been replaced by a genuine massive bolster that provides greater sturdiness.
