ESSENTIEL – TOMATO KNIFE 4,5″

The Essentiel tomato knife features the half-moon serration created by Jean Déglon in the 30’s. Thanks to this very specific serration, it can be used to make thin and precise tomato slices.
The Essentiel collection is right by the cooking lovers sides, day-to-day: knifes breathing authenticity and simplicity.
Totally designed and produced in France, this collection is part of an eco-responsible approach. Indeed, the beech used to make the handle comes from local short channels and is derived from French forests.
